Wet unloading system for dusty processes
Our unique wet unloading system assures a dust-free unloading of extremely dry material. It overcomes the typical dusting issues that are not only environmental, but also hygienic.
Silos typically store extremely dry material, such as fly ash. The material is often unloaded for further transportation outside the site by open trucks, which results in vigorous dusting. This problem can be overcome by wet unloading.
It allows for adjusting the moisture content in the final product to a proper level to prevent dusting. A single device can handle 75 to 100 m3/h.
Our wet unloading system is suited for facilities where material is unloaded to an open truck. The system is easy to operate. There is no need for dedicated personnel as the driver can use the unloading system remotely. Possible to carry out PLC or DCS automation.

Dustless unloading
Our wet unloading system makes it possible to reduce, and in some cases, eliminate the dusting of the material completely when unloading it into the truck.
In the wet unloading system the material is driven through a wetting screw, which is a double spiral paddle mixer equipped with a regulated water spraying system.
Easy to operate
Additionally, the system consists of a fluidized silo bottom and a rotary feeder, both of which have also been built and designed in-house.
Easy to operate, the system can be used completely remotely. No need for dedicated personnel, the driver can handle using the unloading system.
Twin solution
It is rather typical to have both unloading devices, dry and wet, installed side by side.
Then either solution can be smoothly used depending which is most suitable in which occasion.
