Mechanical Conveying

Kopar's mechanical conveyors are designed to withstand the demanding conditions of battery chemical handling. These conveyors can transport a variety of materials, including NMC materials (nickel-manganese-cobalt), lithium hydroxide and oxide, and beta-spodumene. Mechanical conveyor solutions are also ideal for transporting carbon used in anode material production.

Pneumatic Conveying

Kopar's pneumatic conveying systems provide a closed, contamination-free These systems are particularly suitable for fine and reactive materials, including NMC materials, lithium hydroxide and oxide, iron phosphate (LFP), sodium-ion battery electrolytes, and beta-spodumene.  

Our pulse dense phase uses nitrogen as the conveying medium, preventing oxidation and moisture buildup. Additionally, our systems include fewer valves and moving parts, reducing the risk of failure and contamination while minimising maintenance needs 

All conveying pipelines and components are made from materials that do not react with the transported chemicals, ensuring a consistent final product and a reliable production process.

Cooling
