Sin embargo, la velocidad de enfriamiento es independiente del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas. En una sola unidad es posible enfriar desde 900 \u00b0C hasta 100 \u00b0C, seg\u00fan la aplicaci\u00f3n y la capacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacidad de enfriamiento de un tambor suele ser de 10 a 50 t\/h y la potencia de enfriamiento de 1 a 5 MW.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>El enfriamiento se basa en el movimiento constante del material dentro de secciones refrigeradas por agua, combinando as\u00ed eficientemente la conducci\u00f3n del calor y, debido a una mezcla adecuada, la convecci\u00f3n del calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tambores de enfriamiento pueden instalarse posteriormente en una planta existente y conectarse a los sistemas existentes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Por otro lado, se puede dise\u00f1ar un sistema completo desde cero para cumplir los requisitos de una nueva planta.<br><br>Los tambores est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para que todo el sistema pueda probarse en nuestra f\u00e1brica antes de la entrega. Los costes de dise\u00f1o, funcionamiento y mantenimiento son moderados, ya que la unidad no est\u00e1 presurizada y, por tanto, no es un recipiente regulado por PED.
