La mayor parte de los materiales almacenados en los silos son secos y, por lo tanto, generan polvo. Por razones de salud y seguridad en el trabajo, as\u00ed como por motivos ambientales, la carga debe realizarse sin generar polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los equipos de carga autom\u00e1tica de Kopar resuelven este reto. La soluci\u00f3n adecuada se elige seg\u00fan si el material se carga en un cami\u00f3n cisterna cerrado, en un contenedor o en la plataforma abierta de un cami\u00f3n. La carga de material muy seco, como las cenizas volantes, en la caja abierta suele generar una gran cantidad de polvo. En la descarga h\u00fameda, el contenido de humedad del producto final se ajusta de tal manera que el material no genere polvo. De esta forma, la generaci\u00f3n de polvo se puede reducir al m\u00ednimo o eliminar por completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el sistema, el material se hace pasar a trav\u00e9s del tornillo de humectaci\u00f3n. El tornillo de humectaci\u00f3n es un mezclador de paletas de doble rosca, equipado con un sistema de rociado de agua ajustable. El conductor controla las operaciones de llenado mediante una unidad de control remoto, por lo que no se requiere personal adicional para la carga.
